This session is open to all who are interested in Impact Vizor: current and future users. (It will not have an introductory slide show or demo, however. For that, please contact John Sack or Kevin-John Black, sack@highwire.org,kjblack@highwire.org.) The session will first overview recent and upcoming changes to Impact Vizor, including the addition of new data sources (F1000 recommendations), new services (Alerts), and new viewers (Author Prospector, Editor Dashboard). The features and functions of these are up for discussion. Then the group will talk together about simple and advanced use cases that Impact Vizor users have devised, or would like to work on. Bring your use cases and ideas to the session to share!
We'll talk about JCore status, recent feature releases, what's coming next for JCore and some of the self-service features available in JCore itself and other publisher facing tools.
